Mini Tornado like circles of wind charge at the opponent when Teru just releases them from the palm of his hand this is one of the first wind type moves he masters but not one of his most complicated moves.The more energy he puts into it the longer it stays and the stronger it is.
Note:Teru first uses this move and other wind moves after the Dark Tournament Arc.
